I clicked this not knowing what to expect. I got a score of 220 and I still don't know what to expect.

Aside, pretty fun time all things considered, and I love the gradual onset of gimmicks. A little more feedback on the multi-hit enemies would be appreciated, though.

my favorite part was when the guy on the top said "its goobin time" and then spat Goobers all over the place before the 8th stage goober stared into my soul and then i died and got sent to super hell

Joking aside, this is a fun little suika clone. The art-style, sound design, and general aesthetic combine to create an identity that's all its own. The charge-up mechanic could've been explained a little better, but all-in-all, the game feels nice to play, and kept me coming back for quite a bit.

Played the downloadable version, and this is overall pretty hype! The one complaint I have is that there's no autofire button. Aside, it's pretty sweet.

(Also what's the music that plays in the menu? Been looking for it and I cannot find it.)

I love this idea! While the UI are such are still rough around the edges, so far this is shaping up to be a nice tribute to NG and a fun little game. I'll be keeping an eye on this for further updates!

No more updates as I've switched engines and lost the file, but look forward to the sequel! For a spiritual successor, check out my game Pico's Arcade and Madness Roulette!

Love the presentation! Music is also top-notch with the different motifs for each of the abilities.

Love the art style! Also really liked the idea for the music mechanic. The only real critique I could give is to make the hud more readable (like give the fuel and rot bars different icons) Great work for a first game jam!

My one gripe is that you have to steal boss identities. I kinda wanted to go through the game as an omnicidal printer. Joking aside, this is very fun and creative!

Edit: God is dead, and a printer killed him with nigh universal power. Horray-

adriendittrick responds:

if you're into that you can actually locate a printer in the final stage and steal its identity to defeat THE ALMIGHTY as a printer.

A cute little game. Nothing complex, but still nice.
